Picture Passes

Picture passes are issued to each owner as a form of identification on the resort. Each site can have up to 8 picture passes included at no charge, with the option to buy up to 4 additional at $50 + HST per adult and $25 + HST per child, per season. 

Picture passes are required to attend most activities and events, to gain access to the FunPlex, to clubhouses and to the resort if a swipe card is not present. 

Children ages 5 and under do not require picture passes.

Picture passes are not transferable and cannot be changed during the season in which they were issued. 

Note: Stickers are no longer being issued; passes are valid as long as the holder is listed on the 2022 LOC.

How To Get Your Passes*

Online

1. Click here to complete the online request form
2. Have your "selfies" ready to upload!
   1. Make sure photos are clear, well lit and preferably, with a neutral background.
   2. No sunglasses please!
3. We will prepare your passes and email you when they are ready.
4. Once you get your "Passes Ready" email - come to the Welcome Centre to pick up your passes.

In Person

1. Come to the Welcome Centre, picture ready, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
2. We will take your photo and print your pass on the spot!

*Note: You only need to do this if you are a new owner, or don't have an existing picture pass.
