Visitor Policies
Please review the policies below. Some updates have been made for clarification purposes and based on feedback received.
- Registration is only required for visitors age 6 and up.
- Registration will only be accepted from the applicant or co-applicant email address on file.
- All visitors must obtain and wear a wristband for the duration of their visit.
- Visitors can re-enter the resort, provided that the vehicle has a valid car tag and everyone is wearing wristbands.
- Renters must not be registered as visitors. Doing so will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate revocation of private rental and visitor privileges.
- All occupants of a vehicle using the left-hand Owners Lane must have a picture pass or visitor wristband.
- Owners entering the resort with visitors who have not yet received a wristband must enter via the gate house.
- If your account is not up to date, visitor registration will not be permitted and previously registered vistors will be denied.
Once inside the resort, your visitors may visit the quarry, beaches, The Getaway Bar & Grill and arcade at no charge. To use the waterpark, a wristband purchase must be made. Alternatively, an owner with a valid picture pass can bring in one visitor to the water park.
Should your visitors require access to the water park, they may purchase wristbands online or at the Welcome Centre. Children 5 and under are free and do not require wristbands.
*All verified visitors will be issued a wristband. This wristband identifies them as registered visitors of the resort. It is not valid for entry to the waterpark unless accompanied by an owner with a picture pass.
