Private Renter Registration
All guests must be registered with the resort no later than 24 hours prior to their arrival. Renter registrations must be done via the online form and will not be accepted in any other format.
Note: You will not be able to complete this form until you completed the Private Rental Site Registration.

There will be a one-time administration fee, per person, per reservation of $10 charged at the time of registration. This fee only applies to renters age 6 and up.
Failure to notify the resort of your rental guests with 24 hours’ notice will result in them being denied access to the resort.
Rules & Regulations
- Failure to adhere to the following conditions will result in a $200 fine and may also result in the termination of the Licence of Occupation.
- Complaints regarding the quality of service and/or product provided by the homeowner will be reviewed and documented. Continuous complaints of similar nature could result in the homeowner being prohibited from renting privately.
- Accounts must be up to date and in good standing to register private renters.
- If you are operating a 3rd party rental service/agency, advertising and renting park models/RVs on behalf of others, you must be registered as a Travel Retailer (Travel Agency) with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO). Proof of registration must be provided along with your approved contractor application prior to your first reservation arrival.

- All units must have a working smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
- All reservations must be registered no later than 24 hours prior to the arrival.
- Private renters are not permitted to enter the resort using your visitor password and should not be given your password for any reason.
- No visitors permitted.
- If a visitor attempts to access the resort (using your site #, name and password) while a rental guest is registered to the site, they will be refused entry.
- Individual renters must be 25 or older. Where the group of renters is not that of a family nature, every person on the reservation must be 25 or older.
- There is a limit of two (2) vehicles per rental, per site. Any additional vehicles will be denied entry.
- Minimum stays:
- Reservations during May 1st – June 22nd and September 6th – October 31st must be a minimum of 2 nights.
- Reservations during June 23rd – September 5th must be a minimum of 3 nights.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy per reservation is 8 people including children of all ages, no exceptions.
- Homeowners will ultimately be held responsible for all persons occupying their park model/RV. Any fines incurred will be billed directly to the homeowner account.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if any of the above conditions are not met.
Renter Access & Wristbands
Upon arrival to the Main Gate, your renters should give their last name and specifically state that they are the renters of your site number.
Once their registration has been confirmed, they will be given a welcome package with resort information as well as one wristband per person (aged 6 and up) listed on the registration. If they arrive with more people than what is listed on the registration, they will be denied access.
These wristbands identify your guests as registered renters with permission to access the resort and must be worn at all times while in the resort.
Wristbands for pool access must be purchased at the Welcome Centre or online.

- All prices include HST
- Daily passes are valid for any single day of the week
- Mon-Fri passes are valid for all 5 days
- Weekly passes are valid for any consecutive 7 days
