Your propane tanks may be issued a "red tag" upon inspection or delivery of propane.
Reg tags are issued for various reasons, and can be considered either an immediate hazard, or a non-immediate hazard. In the case of a non-immediate hazard, your propane will be delivered, however the tank(s) will be shut off and a red tag will be left. In the case of an immediate hazard, propane will be delivered, but the tank(s) will be disconnected.
Our maintenance team then notifies the Welcome Centre of the red tag and our team will contact you to notify you. You will then need to arrange for the repair to have the red tag cleared before we complete any future deliveries of propane.
Empire RV Service and Repair or Comfort Zone Gas Services are two companies licensed to complete the repairs and sign off on the red tag.
