Sewer & Pump-outs
There is currently no sewer system in place at Pleasant Beach and as such, seasonals must use the dumping stations to empty their tanks.
Alternatively, pump-outs can be scheduled with the Welcome Centre.
Cost: $25 + tax per scheduled pump-out.
Important! Pump-outs must be scheduled by 5pm Sunday for the following week. Emergency pump-outs cost $50 + tax.

Sherkston Access
Seasonal customers at Pleasant Beach have access to most of the amenities at Sherkston Shores including beaches, playgrounds, basketball/volleyball/ball hockey courts, skate park, tennis and pickle ball courts etc. Access to the water park and owner events and lounges will not be available.
There is currently no direct access available for seasonals between Pleasant Beach and Sherkston. You must drive around and enter Sherkston through the main gate.
Visitors of Pleasant Beach seasonal customers are not permitted in Sherkston Shores.
Subletting/AirBNB
Subletting your trailer or listing on rental sites such as AirBNB is not permitted.
