For the 2026 season, Cogeco has transitioned the Sherkston Shores TV package to Residential UltraFibre 1Gig Unlimited Internet. Internet service is now included, with optional TV and add‑on services available.
Why the Change?
The previous TV platform reached end of life. The new approach provides faster, more reliable internet and gives homeowners the flexibility to add EPICO TV and customize services based on their needs.

What Do Homeowners Need to Do?
Homeowners must contact Cogeco to set up or update their account and arrange equipment delivery- even if you previously had Cogeco Internet - to ensure enrollment under the Sherkston Internet Package.

EPICO TV and additional Cogeco services are optional and can be added directly through Cogeco.

Do I need to subscribe to TV services?
No! It’s completely optional, you have the flexibility to choose which TV package best suits your needs.
I have Cogeco HD Receivers, will they work this season?

Last year I paid for my Internet services, what happens in the 2026 season?
You must contact Cogeco to advise you would like to subscribe to Cogeco Internet services. You will be set up with Internet services at no charge.
At the end of the season, I would like to put my services on a Seasonal Disconnect, is this possible?
Yes, Cogeco offers a seasonal suspension program designed for customers, such as snowbirds, who are away from home for a period of 2 to 7 months. This allows you to pause your services and avoid paying regular monthly rates while you are not using them. Contact the Cogeco Bulk Services Concierge Desk to make arrangements.
My site location does not have Cogeco service, can I still get this Internet package?
No, locations without existing Cogeco lines cannot access this package. These areas include PLB, QRG and BHV 1-41.
