E-Scooter & E-Bike Rules
The following rules apply to all e-scooters and e-bikes while on resort property:
- All riders must follow the rules of the road, including posted speed limits, traffic signs and directional signage.
- Single rider only. Carrying passengers is not permitted.
- Helmets: All riders under 18 must wear a properly fitted and securely fastened approved helmet.
- E-scooters and e-bikes operated after dusk must be equipped with a working headlight and taillight.
- Riders must remain alert and yield to pedestrians.
- E-scooters and e-bikes must be operated responsibly and at a safe speed for the conditions.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors in their care comply with these rules.
- Reckless or unsafe operation may result in riding privileges being revoked.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with any of the above E-Scooter and E-Bike rules, including improper or unsafe use and failure to wear a required helmet, will result in a $200 fine. Repeated or serious violations may also result in e-scooter or e-bike riding privileges being revoked.
